Which type of payments do you accept and what is the payment process?
We accept all types of payments except for personal cheques. The payment consists of two portions: First is the security deposit (for first time customers) of $500 after you receive the invoice from us that can be paid by an E-mail transfer, Wire transfer, Visa/MasterCard, and the second portion is the remaining balance that can be paid upon the delivery via certified cheque, bank draft or cash to the delivery driver.
Can we pay the remaining balance by Credit Card?
Yes you can, however, there will be a transaction fee of 2% for transactions exceeding $500, so we usually recommend our customers to choose another type of payment for the balance.
What is the condition of the Used Containers?
Our Used Containers come completely sealed, leak-proof and structurally sound, however, they will contain cosmetic blemishes such as rust, scratches, dents, etc.
What is the difference between Used and New Containers?
Used Containers are generally 12-15 years old and will have blemishes, rust, scratches, dents, etc. The New Containers are technically One-trip Units, which have been used only ones are always of the current year of make and are as close to new as you can possibly get a Container. In addition, the New model Containers will also have a lock box installed for increased security and additional ventilation.
What guarantees do you provide for your Containers?
We provide the guarantee of the Containers quality towards – no leaks, holes, structural and integrity issues. The doors, hinges and seals will be in working order, solid flooring and undercarriage. All Containers pass at least 3 inspections before they are sent for delivery to our customers.
